1. How many bundles do I need for a full head?
- Small (Pencil size): 4–6 bundles
- Medium (Pointer finger size): 3–5 bundles
- Large (Thumb size): 2–4 bundles
(Each bundle contains 15 locs)
2. Are the locs reusable?
Yes! All of our locs are designed to be long-lasting and reusable with proper care.
3. What are the locs made of?
- Her Majesty, Boho Her Majesty, and Empress Locs: Premium synthetic hair (with human hair curls for
Boho/Empress).
- Liylah Locs: Lots of human hair curls with synthetic wrapping hair.( can dye all curls)
- 100% Human Hair Locs: Made entirely from human hair (can be dyed, bleached, and styled).
5. Do the locs come with extra hair for install?
Yes! Each order comes with extra hair for installation to make the process easier and more secure.
6. Will I get instructions on how to install?
Yes. Every purchase includes an instruction video to guide you through the installation process.
7. What curl patterns are available?
Depending on the style, you can choose from: Burmese Curly, Kinky Curly, Deep Wave, or Body Wave.
8. What colors are available?
- Boho Her Majesty & Her Majesty: Natural Black, #1B, #2, #4, #27, #30, #613, Burgundy, Ginger, Red,
Pink, plus ombré/mixed options.
- Liylah Locs: Natural Black, #4, #27 (Blonde).
- Empress Locs: Natural Black, #4.
- 100% Human Hair Locs: Natural Black only.
9. Can I dye the locs?
- Yes – Liylah Locs and 100% Human Hair Locs can be dyed, bleached, or styled.
- Synthetic locs (Her Majesty, Boho Her Majesty, Empress) cannot be dyed.
10. How long does shipping take?
Please allow 14–21 business days for processing and shipping.
11. Do you accept custom orders?
At this time, colors and curl patterns are limited to the options listed under each product.
12. How do I care for the locs?
- Wash gently with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.
- Allow them to air dry.
- Store in a satin/silk bag when not in use.
- Reinstall carefully to maintain longevity.
